This includes the assignment of an account manager so you have a single point of contact for all of your day-to-day needs. From pickup and delivery, through to billing. 
  • Our client partners deserve white glove service at every level of the logistics spectrum, and that’s why we actually inspect every item we receive, and take a digital image of any items we find damaged or with slight manufacturing imperfections.
  • Your account manager would immediately notify you about any damaged items received. We understand the importance of immediate corrective action to insure your installation schedule is not interrupted. 
  • Furniture repair offered at our warehouse or on-site.
  • You can actually view your inventory in real-time status via our discreet inventory management system. You don’t have to call for the status of an item, or forward an email to have someone generate a report for you. It’s all at your fingertips!
  • Design Logistics, Inc. possesses its own fleet of new trucks featuring air-ride suspension, lift-gates, logistics straps, pads/blankets, floor and wall protection, gloves and shoe covers, and tools to insure a safe, clean and professional delivery.
  • All Design Logistics, Inc. drivers and helpers are given an aptitude test, and are provided ongoing handling and partner service satisfaction training to insure we provide the best transportation and white glove service in the industry.
  • All of our drivers and their assistants wear a clean Design Logistics, Inc. uniform, and they are inspected before they depart our facility each morning.
  • Drivers and warehouse personnel account for every item on order tickets and bill-of-lading before your items leave our facility for delivery and installation. 
  • We offer intra-and-interstate transportation and white glove delivery service.
  • Museum quality hanging of fine art/artwork.
  • Experienced in hanging window treatments.
  • Our trucks are equipped with tracking devices that provide us and our client partners with real-time transit status.
  • When picking up at another warehouse, or from an exhibit, our drivers and assistants take images of all furnishings before they pad wrap and place on truck(s).
  • Crating, packaging and reverse logistics of existing furnishings/goods is also offered.
  • We remove all correlating debris and dispose of it properly.
